1. Acceptance

By using Renderify you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Renderify is an AI-powered platform for generating 3D rooms from photos, creating 3D objects from images, and producing photorealistic renders. It operates on a credit-based subscription model.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Renderify. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

Paid plans are billed monthly. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Unused credits do not roll over.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately, but credits reset only at the start of the next billing period.
Cancelled plans remain active until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
Payments are generally non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models.
Use bots or automated tools to circumvent rate limits.
Resell or redistribute the service or its outputs without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: you own what you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the service.
Generated outputs: renders and 3D models generated from your content are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes.
Our platform: the Renderify platform, code, branding, and AI models remain our property.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renderify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any specific use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Renderify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
